This is a family venture and my family has dedicated their time and money to help other unemployed,
disabled, and homeless Persian Gulf War Ill Veterans and their children too. We are humble and empathetic
towards those that the VA still ignores. Organizations with a national presence that have millions of dollars no
longer care about the people that they serve. Having small organizations that can serve under 100 persons
can remain focused on the needs of the people that they are serving. Campsite and cabin rentals will be
available summer of 2024 for nightly rental (two night minimum). We are a NEW company and need your help

pension to helping other disabled and homeless Veterans.
WHAT WE NEED: $10,000 provides roads, $10,000 finishes the first cabin,
and $5,000 heavy equipment rental ($25,000).
There are a long list of illnesses related to the Persian Gulf in our Veterans, their spouses (including
miscarriages) and birth defected (most common heart) in their children. See forms 10-9009A (Agent Orange
& Persian Gulf July 1995), 10-9009D (Depleted Uranium Questionnaire Mar 2003), 10-9009F (NON-GULF
WAR VETERANS WITH POTENTIAL EXPOSURE TO DEPLETED URANIUM (DU) September 2004), and the
latest form 10-10176 (ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARD REGISTRY (EHR) Aug 2024). These forms have been
modified over the years and currently all have been replaced with just the 10-10176. Fire Pits was just a
smoke and mirrors campaign to hide the truth of what Veterans were exposed to. The Persian Gulf Registry
states that even if you flew over the area (even today) then you too could file with a Persian Gulf War Registry.
Again the VA provide us with another form which severely limits the number of persons who can file the form.
VA FORM 21-0304, MAR 2023 which only covers Agent Orange for (parent 1 or parent 2 who served in
VIETNAM, THAILAND, OR KOREA) and their dependent birth defects. Not a Vietnam, Thailand, or Korea
Veteran? CIRCULAR FILED. Our dependents with birth defects / disabilities are left outside the VA fence.

Ironically this documents also disclosed other things that the VA may know about our conditions. What about
sarin nerve agent (obtain a small cell neuropathy test to confirm this), Biological Toxins, PB, PCBs, insecticides,
Flea Collars, Fire Pits, and who knows what else. Could it be that Agent Orange was also used in the Persian
Gulf too. We know that Camp Lejeune was not the only base that was toxic exposure.

I was stationed at Mare Island which was so polluted with PCBs that nobody could be there until it was
cleaned up. Agent Orange is on Okinawa (see Agent Orange Okinawa Documentary) and many other
locations in the Pacific. What about Fort Lee, Virginia? EVERY military base has something to hide. And it
wasn’t just veterans who were exposed. Our spouses and children were exposed too. A person told me,
“YOU ARE A CARRIER”, to which I was insulted until I had time to digest what they had said. Whatever I was
exposed to caused 3 of my wives to miscarry and muliple children to have birth defects. The governement
(and the VA) provided our medical care just like in the movie Erin Brockovich PG&E did for Hinkley, California.
Veterans, did you or your spouses / girlfriends have miscarriages or black vaginal discharge? Did your
children have birth defects like Poland Syndrome, heart conditions, cancer, spinal bifita, or even death? The
VA does NOT want their stories to be told. Complete your 10- forms (above) and lets have our day in
Washington to get our families recognized for the damages that they suffer with. But have you ever heard of
the Agent Rainbow? That’s right Agent ORANGE was just one of the colors painted on the barrels of toxins.
Most of us saw old green 55 gallon drums but only thought that ORANGE was the only color that mattered.
FASCINATING. Just how deep does this toxic lie go? The pentagram released (through a FOIA request
documents that PROVE Agent Orange was still being dug up on Okinawa as late as 2013 and that there was
still a lot of “HOT SPOTS” still to be dealt with. What was more telling is that post 1990 more than 25,000
barrels were unearthed on Okinawa. From the NTA all the way to Naha Agent Orange (and others) were
stored, shipped, and used. Currently there are only a cople of hundred claims for injuries from exposure on
Okinawa but recent the VA service connected by exposure to the Persian Gulf. WHAT? They used Agent
Orange in the Persian Gulf too?

I was “put out of the service” (meaning I was fraudulently discharged to hide that I (and others like myself) had
been exposed to things that the government wanted to remain hidden. I was marked RE-4 (not qualified for
military service for medical), I was placed on a med board for myofascial pain syndrome, and yet all of that
was set aside so that the military could put me up on a trial (board of my peers) to try to mark me as a bad
Marine. I was kept past my EAS just so they could ensure that I didn’t get a medical discharge. Talk about
HONOR, INTEGRITY, and all those other things that my commands didn’t practice. The VA has RED FLAGGED
(BLACKBALLED) me because I speak up against them. From Veterans being treated like malingerers, or being
told at their mental health appointments “WHAT ARE YOU HERE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT TODAY”, or my wife’s
favorite was, “YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN DEAD BY NOW.” The VA would rather play politics today than
practice medicine with their pronouns and pride money.
GULF WAR ERA ILL VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES. We are focused on
helping Gulf War Era ill Veterans and their families (especially children with Gulf War related
birth defects). Veterans who served from 1990 - 2024 (including Persian Gulf and
Afghanistan) and Dessert Sheild, Dessert Storm, Dessert Sabre, Operation Infinite Justice,
Operation Iraqi Freedom (2003-2010), Operation New Dawn (2010-2011). Dependents of
Gulf War still have not been recognized nor heard by the VA. I am NOT claiming to be a
combat or Persian Gulf War veteran. I am just saying the VA has treated them worse than
the Vietnam Veterans.

after conceding was a direct result of his exposure to Agent Orange in

WHO DOES THE VA WORK FOR?
If you think that the VA works for you then you have never seen the movie Erin Brochovich. The military has 2
bases near Hinkley, California. Barstow and Fort Irwin (I was at both) but those bases aren’t on the list of toxic
bases. What about testing you for exposures? Have they performed any testing under the PACT ACT? Have you
been tested for cancers, mitochondrial damage, or other KNOWN issues? The VA has been covering the military
(and the governments) backs while our Veterans and their family members continue to suffer and die.
How many ways has the VA created fenses to prevent Veterans from obtaining justice for their toxic exposures?
You were in the wrong PLACE so you couldn’t be service-connected. You were in the wrong TIME so you couldn’t
be service-connected. Your unit wasn’t “DEPLOYED”, it was not DOCUMENTED in your medical records. The
military bullied Veterans into not reporting their medical condition by labeling them as MALINGERS (the
militaries version of DON’T ASK DON’T TELL). Then the VA HIDES and even ALTERS your records to show you
didn’t complain about the conditions that are impacting your life. Has the VA tested you for MGUS or MUCMI
either? I didn’t think so. The VA just DENIES and hopes you die.
SPACE FORCE and MILIARY TIMES makes the connection between Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and Non-Hodgkin’s
Lymphoma as a direct link (for BOTH) to military toxic exposures. Once again this goes against the VA’s rules,
regulations, and laws.

MANY VETERANS REPORT GOING TO THE VA INCREASES THEIR PTSD
The VA is using AI to determine of Veterans (or C&P subcontractors) defrauded the VA. This is like putting
moving the fox den into to the chicken coop. Everyone KNOWS the fraud that the VA has committed against
Veterans and their familiy members. The only reason that I would agree to the VA using AI is if it invested VA
fraud against the Veterans FIRST. The VA doesn’t want that cat out of the bag because AI would tell the VA that
they have to return all money to Veterans that had to hire attorneys, pay for NEXUS letters, DBQs, etc. because
the VA was defrauding them. There is no Justice if it is single sided system that the VA can (once again) write its
own rules, law, and regulation on what it can and cannnot do. Just think the first claim that AI would turn the
table on the VA and report things like TRUE numbers of MALPRACTICE, FAILURE TO PROTECT, FRAUDULENT
DENIALS, MISHANDING OF RECORDS and FUNDS, VIOLATION OF PATIENT RIGHTS, VACCINE INJURIES, TOXIC
EXPOSURES, WRONGFUL DEATHS and the list would have no end.
The report would include ACCURATE reports sorted by Veterans named as most harmed and the VA
representative that caused the harm. Can you imagine it reporting who took illegal bonus money, who caused
the most harm to Veteran, or even how many Veterans the VA VIOLATED? I am not just talking about Agent
Orange or Persian Gulf Veterans. I am talking about Veterans that committed suicide BECAUSE of the VA’s willful,
deliberate, intentional, and malicious actions. What about the Veteran’s that were HARMED because the VA
issued known bad (BIG PHARMA) drugs for profit? What about FAILURE TO REPORT claims where AI would show
the VA failed to report KNOWN side effects, allergies, and drug interactions. The VA couldn’t even start a medical
procedure unless AI get a green light. Having AI report what is ACTUALLY in the imaging instead of what the VA is
hiding in so many Veterans cases.
I suspect that the VA will write their own code to EXCLUDE all UNFAVORABLE information (just as they already
do). Someone will be setting at all points of information transfer to STOP any disclosures of the actual TRUTH
(emails, faxes, print outs, etc.). While the VA wants to use AI to stop Veterans from obtaining care just imagine
what it would be like at the VA to have AI not permit staff members into the VA because of something they did.
This would include VA police that have stalked, harassed, and worse Veterans because they either spoke out
about the VA or the VA wanted to obstruct their care. Can you imagine the VA police show up and are forced to
surrender their guns and badges because of their misconduct too? Hiring and firing at the VA could have nearly
a 100% turn over every day if the code wasn’t (PETERED DOWN) written to keep some people in that system.
But AI is not the tool that it is being sold as. It makes many mistakes. Foremost is that it takes a ZERO
TOLERANCE approach that AI takes towards the LAW (it’s written code) and therefore programmers have to
constantly manipulate the code to make it less authoritarian and more understanding or human nature. The VA
has opened PANDORAS BOX on this one and it will not end like the VA preys (and prays) it will. Unless they can
have exclusive right over that demon they will shutting it down very soon because it will not TOLERATE their quid
pro quo misconduct. Their code will be written to prevent AI from reporting their misconduct in exchage for
permitting AI to report Veteran misconduct ONLY (mark my words).
Having a machine that can conduct a surgery that REPAIRS someone with zero tolerance for error is what many
developers dreamed of. But with every move forward in technology humans had to instill limits into it. When
will AI take over every VA doctor and nurses position and lock them out? What about Veterans who go in for a
surgery only to discover that AI made the decision to terminate them (just like Tesla cars have done)? What
would be funny is if AI shut everyone out of the VA because of all the fraud it found. It would fire the entire staff,
law enforcement, even the grounds keepers only to replace everyone with robots.
MEDICATION REDUCE YOUR SYMPTOMS THE VA WILL DROP YOUR RATING
Just the latest issue created by the VA to harm the Veterans. This time Veterans STOOD their ground against the
VA. Lately there has been far too many arguements by Veterans (I suspect planted by the VA) about you’re not a
veteran that rates anything if yours not COMBAT rated or PURPLE HEART. This is just like where the VA says that
if you make too much money then you have to pay for your care. OK, IF I was asking for care that was NOT
service-connected then I get it. But cutting off veterans from service-connected coverage is like an insurance
company saying we aren’t paying for your pre-existing condition.
